Chipotle Rubbed Steak
Ribeye Steaks rubbed with Mae's Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa. Then finished off with butter for a very tender steak.

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
2 ribeye steaks
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Rub oil on both sides of the steaks and then rub in Mae’s Chipotle Cocoa. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
In a large cast iron skillet on medium - high, cook the steaks for 4 minutes without flipping; then flip and cook for 4 more minutes.
Reduce heat to medium - low and add butter. Once the butter has melted, spoon the butter over the steaks repeatedly until your desired doneness.
Transfer to a plate and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
