Classic Stuffing
Stuffing recipe made with Mae's Seasonings Poultry & Stuffing Seasoning. This is for a classic stuffing for your holiday meals.

- 1 loaf French bread
- 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Poultry & Stuffing
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 - 4 celery ribs, diced
- 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups turkey or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
Preheat oven to 300 F. Cube the French bread into pieces. Place the bread pieces onto a cookie sheet and bake until hard, about 10 - 15 minutes. Set aside. This could be done the day before if you prefer.
In a large frypan on medium - high, sauté the onions and celery in oil until lightly browned. Add in broth and heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium and let cook 1 minute. Add in 1/4 cup butter and let melt together.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl add Poultry & Stuffing Seasoning to the toasted bread cubes and stir in onion mixture.
You may either stuff your turkey with this or bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. If baking this, dot with 1/4 cup butter.
