Gluten Free Mac & Cheese

Mac and Cheese made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened. This is a great side dish option for fried chicken, chicken wings, meatloaf and ribs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (340 Grams) Barilla Gluten Free Macaroni 
  • 3 tbsp butter 
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream 
  • 1/2 pkg (450 Grams) Velveeta Cheese, cubed 
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 3 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened 

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile make sauce: In a small pot, melt butter; then add in cream. Add Velveeta; once melted add in cheddar. Take off the heat and stir until cheddar is melted in. Then season with Cajun Blackened.
  • Pour into drained macaroni and mix through
