Gluten Free Mac & Cheese
Mac and Cheese made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened. This is a great side dish option for fried chicken, chicken wings, meatloaf and ribs.

- 1 box (340 Grams) Barilla Gluten Free Macaroni
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1/2 pkg (450 Grams) Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile make sauce: In a small pot, melt butter; then add in cream. Add Velveeta; once melted add in cheddar. Take off the heat and stir until cheddar is melted in. Then season with Cajun Blackened.
Pour into drained macaroni and mix through
