
Gluten Free Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 box (340 Grams) Barilla Gluten Free Macaroni
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1/2 pkg (450 Grams) Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile make sauce: In a small pot, melt butter; then add in cream. Add Velveeta; once melted add in cheddar. Take off the heat and stir until cheddar is melted in. Then season with Cajun Blackened.
- Pour into drained macaroni and mix through
