Hickory Boneless Beef Ribs
Boneless beef ribs slow cooked in the oven using Mae's Seasonings Smoked Hickory and our Honey Hickory BBQ Sauce

- 2 kg beef finger meat
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Smoked Hickory
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Mae’s Seasonings Honey Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Cut meat into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Mix together Worcestershire sauce, Smoked Hickory, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Put ribs in and mix well. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 450 F. In a small bowl, mix together bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar; set aside.
Place meat in a large baking dish and bake for 20 minutes to brown. Then reduce heat to 200 F and pour the liquid over ribs. Bake for 5 - 6 hours or until tender
Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
