Honey Jalapeno Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs marinated in a honey jalapeno sauce made with Mae's Seasonings Smoked Jalapeno. Then after baking its drizzled with more of the honey jalapeno sauce. Pair with rice and veggies for a complete meal.

Marinade:
- 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Smoked Jalapeno
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves, minced
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the marinade. Reserve 2 tbsp; with the remaining marinade toss well with chicken and let marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Before cooking, let chicken sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Once heated transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with reserved 2 tbsp marinade.
