Smoked Jalapeno Dip Mix Nutritional Information MAE’S SEASONINGS SMOKED JALAPENO is great in sour cream for a creamy dip for chips and veggies. Then you could also put this sour cream dip on your baked potatoes instead of plain sour cream for a twist. Or a great addition to Nachos instead of just plain sour cream. You can also make a Queso (Mexican cheese sauce) with this as well. But this just isn’t a dip mix you can also cook with this. Add to soups, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes for an extra kick. This can also be made for a Jalapeno Lime Ranch dressing or just mix in mayo for sandwiches. Also, you can make a marinade or vinaigrette with this. Just add some to some to oil, vinegar and lime juice for a great marinade for chicken and fish and seafood or a vinaigrette for your salads. This is also a great addition to your flour when making chicken strips then toss the chicken in your favourite hot sauce. Also, a great addition to flour for fried chicken or chicken schnitzel. You can also just rub this on your chicken then bake or grill your chicken. This can also be enjoyed by vegetarians or vegans by adding some of the Smoked Jalapeno to any Mexican inspired dish like stuffed peppers, burrito bowls, or lentil and black bean tacos to name a few ideas. SUGGESTED USAGE: Add 1 tbsp to 1 cup sour cream for a creamy dip. Or for a thick chip dip add 1 tbsp to ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup cream cheese.
