Lemon Butter Halibut

Halibut made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. The fish is cooked in a white wine lemon butter sauce. The cooked sauce is also great on roasted potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 halibut fillets 
  • 1/4 cup butter 
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine 
  • 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Juice from 1 lemon 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • In a small pot on medium heat, melt butter; add in wine, Rosemary Garlic, salt and lemon juice. Let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Place halibut in a baking dish and pour butter sauce over top. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • The butter lemon sauce is also good over roasted potatoes.
