
Lemon Butter Halibut
Halibut made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. The fish is cooked in a white wine lemon butter sauce. The cooked sauce is also great on roasted potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- In a small pot on medium heat, melt butter; add in wine, Rosemary Garlic, salt and lemon juice. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- Place halibut in a baking dish and pour butter sauce over top. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- The butter lemon sauce is also good over roasted potatoes.
