Meatloaf
This Classic Meatloaf is made with Mae’s Seasonings Steak Spice. Pair it with mashed potatoes and veggies for a complete meal. If any leftovers this is great in meatloaf sandwiches.

- 1 large onion, diced
- 6 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
- olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Steak Spice
SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a frypan over medium - high heat, sauté the onions in some olive oil until lightly browned. Then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
In a large bowl, combine together ground beef, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, panko, beef stock, and Steak Spice; add in onions.
Place in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients; spread over top and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
