Salt – One of the main ingredients for our Steak Spice Rub is salt. The salt helps to draw out the moisture to create a seared crust which will leave the meat juicy.

Brown Sugar – Is a natural tenderizer for your steak. The sugar starts working before it hits the pan. So, if time allows let it sit for at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits the more tender your meat will be. The sugar also caramelizes the meat creating a nice brown crust

Black Pepper – Has a pleasing warming flavour that provides a great depth of flavour, as the pepper melds into the meat while cooking.

Garlic and Onion – These are aromatics that delivers deep, rounded flavour and aroma when heated that helps to add rich and savoury flavour into your steak.

Red Bell Peppers – Are also considered as an aromatic that has a mild, sweet pepper flavour which is a great element for steak.

Mustard –When combined with sugar, ends up giving a little bit of a sharp flavour with a tangy/sweet combination that can't be beat.
