Trout made with Mae's Seasonings Greek Souvlaki and oranges. Trout is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids which is recommended for a healthy diet.
Combine oil, garlic, Greek Souvlaki, salt and zest of half of the orange. Then mix this inside the trout and spread thoroughly, saving some for the top.
Slice the other half of the orange and place inside fish. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and dot with butter inside the trout and brush with remaining oil mixture.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until almost cooked. Turn on broiler and roast another 5 minutes or until cooked and fish flakes easily.
