Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins made with Mae's Seasonings Pumpkin Spice. You could also substitute our Gingerbread Spice for this as well. These are freezer friendly.
6tspMae’s Seasonings Pumpkin Spice or Gingerbread Spice
2tspbaking powder
2tspbaking soda
1tspsalt
3cupschocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray muffins pans with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, both sugars, oil, butter and pumpkin until smooth; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, Pumpkin Spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill greased muffins tins 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely.
