Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift together flour, Pumpkin Spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt into medium bowl.
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, apple juice, eggs,, oil and vanilla in large bowl; stir well. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
Spoon into a greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely
Pumpkin Chocolate Gingerbread:
Substitute Pumpkin Spice for Mae’s Seasonings Gingerbread Spice and add 2 cups chocolate chips.
