Indian Spiced Marinated Chicken

Grilled marinated chicken using our Butter Chicken Seasoning.

Ingredients
- 4 - 6 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice from 1/2 lemon (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Butter Chicken
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil. lemon juice, Butter Chicken Seasoning, chili powder, garlic and salt. Toss with chicken and let marinate in fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium - high and oil your grill grates. Then cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side. Turn off burners but leave one on for indirect heat and place chicken on indirect heat and grill for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and no longer pink.
- Remove from grill and let chicken rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
