Juicy prawns marinated in a zesty Chili Lime, honey, garlic, and lime juice mixture, then pan-seared in butter until pink and flavourful. A quick and bold seafood dish made with Mae's Chili Lime seasoning. For a main course serve with rice and veggies.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag (340 grams) raw prawns
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili Lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Lime wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Defrost Prawns:Place them in a bowl of cold salted water for about 20 minutes until thawed.
- In a medium bowl, mix together lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, Chili Lime, and salt. Toss with prawns and let sit for 20 minutes.
- In a large frypan over medium heat, cook prawns until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add in butter and stir until melted.
- Serve with butter and lime wedges.
