Inspired by my Oma and my grandparents’ chicken farm in Steinbach, Manitoba, this blend brings a little family history to your kitchen.

Smoky, savoury flavour for golden comfort-food favourites. Oma’s Fried Chicken Seasoning blends smoked paprika, sage, mustard and a touch of sweetness for flavour-packed chicken. Mix it into flour for a seasoned coating, or rub it onto chicken with oil for roasting or baking.

How to Use it:

• Fried Chicken & Schnitzel: Mix 3 tbsp seasoning with 2 cups flour for a well-seasoned coating.
• Roasted & Baked Chicken: Rub directly onto chicken with a little oil, then cook your way.
• Chicken Breasts & Burgers: Use to add smoky, savoury flavour with a hint of sweetness.
• Breaded Favourites: Mix into the coating for onion rings, zucchini sticks and other breaded foods.
