Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 8 - 10 wooden skewers
- Pita bread
Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & grated
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 container (500 ml) Greek Yogurt
- 2 - 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Dip
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Make Tzatziki Sauce first: Peel and grate cucumber and let it drain in a colander for at least 3 hours with the salt to draw out the liquid.
- Combine together yogurt, Mae’s Greek Dip Mix, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and strained cucumbers.
- Then slowly add in olive oil. Add some more salt if needed.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with dill Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Souvlaki: In a medium bowl, combine together olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, garlic and Greek Souvlaki. Mix together well; then add in chicken cubes and toss together. Let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Then thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium - high heat and brush grates with some oil. Once heated, place chicken on grill and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with pita bread and tzatziki.
