Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Then in a small bowl mix together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Then season with Greek Souvlaki and salt. Brush both sides of the ribs with this. Wrap in foil and let marinate in fridge for at least 4 - 6 hours.
  2. Take out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Take ribs out of the foil and place on a foil lined sheet pan. Then cover with foil.
  3. Cook on indirect heat for 2 - 3 hours: Preheat the grill to high. Once it reaches 500 f turn off the burners where the ribs will be. Place tray on your grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 190F - 200 F.
  4. Once ribs are cooked, place ribs directly on the grill grates to get some grilling marks, be very careful here.
  5. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving,
