Pork Tenderloin

Tender, juicy pork marinated in lemon, garlic, and Mae's Greek Souvlaki seasoning — oven-roasted and finished with a drizzle of reserved marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin

MARINADE:

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients  together.
  2. Place tenderloin in Ziplock bag and pour 1/2 of marinade over pork. Marinate in fridge for at 4 - 8 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 F. Place tenderloin in a cast iron skillet. Roast for 10 minutes and  flip. Roast for  another 10 minutes.
  4. Cook until meat reaches 145 F. Then broil for  1 - 2 minutes until  golden. Transfer to a  cutting board and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Then slice and drizzle with reserved marinade.
