BLT Salad
A very simple salad using Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. This is a BLT Sandwich in a salad form when you don't want the carbs.
Ingredients
- 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, cut bite sized pieces
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 8 strips bacon, chopped
Ranch Dressing
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Ranch Dressing
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Salad
- Cook bacon in a frypan over medium heat until bacon is crispy; set aside. On 2 plates, place lettuce. Top with tomatoes, cheddar, green onions, and bacon.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
