Irish Nachos
Vegetarian Irish Nachos using Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. I had this at a Irish Pub and had to recreate this for Mae's Seasonings. This is great for St. Patty's Day.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (540 g) waffle fries
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Salsa and sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Place waffle fries on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip and sprinkle with Garlic Lovers and bake for 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer waffle fries to a serving platter and top with green onions and tomatoes.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
