Maple Rubbed Pork

Pork rubbed with salt and our Maple Garlic. Salt penetrates the meat, drawing out moisture and intensifying flavors, and it also helps to create a crispier skin or crust when cooked.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Maple Garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Season both sides of the pork with salt and let rest for 30 minutes. Then use a paper towel to pat pork dry; rub with Maple Garlic Seasoning.
  • Brush your grates lightly with oil. Then preheat your grill to medium - high. Once heated, place pork on grill and cook for about 3 - 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Then Cook on indirect heat by turning off half of burners and turn down to low. Transfer pork to the unlit burners and cook for another 8 - 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork.
  • Brush with some butter and Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
