
Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 - 4 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Beer Can Chicken Rub
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Mae’s Seasonings Honey Hickory or Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the thin membrane in the back of the ribs and rub generously with Beer Can Chicken Rub and let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Slice ribs into individual pieces, 2 to 3 per each slice.
- Mix the pineapple juice and brown sugar together and pour into slow cooker; then place in ribs. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
- Once they are done, use tongs to gently pull them out as they will fall apart when you touch them.
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Place ribs on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce; cook for 5 - 10 minutes to glaze ribs.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
