Greek Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette made with Mae’s Greek Souvlaki. This is great on Greek salad or Spinach Salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, stir together all ingredients except oil. Then add in oil slowly until thickened.
  • This will keep for about 2 - 3 weeks in the fridge.
