
Greek Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, stir together all ingredients except oil. Then add in oil slowly until thickened.
- This will keep for about 2 - 3 weeks in the fridge.
