
Grilled Greek Zucchini
Ingredients
- 4 small zucchini
- olive oil, for brushing
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cut each zucchini into four lengthwise pieces.
- Then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek Souvlaki.
- Preheat your grill or indoor grill pan over medium high heat. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
