
Slow Roasted Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 6 pound bone in pork shoulder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Smoked Hickory
Instructions
- Mix together oil, Worcestershire, garlic, and salt; rub over pork. Then rub in Smoked Hickory Rub. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit it fridge for at least 12 hours.
- Let sit out for 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Lightly grease your roasting pan and place pork in and cook for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 F and continue cooking for 6 - 8 hours or until meat reaches 180 F. If the pork isn’t browned enough turn up heat to 450 F and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
