
Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & grated
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 container (500 ml) Greek Yogurt
- 2 - 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Dip
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dillweed
Instructions
- Peel and grate cucumber and let it drain in a colander for at least 3 hours with the salt to draw out the liquid.
- Combine together yogurt, Greek Dip Mix, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and strained cucumbers.
- Then slowly add in olive oil. Add some more salt if needed.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with dill Let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
